Damage
Claims: All
orders are fully insured. Once the items leave our
warehouse, the shipping carrier (FedEx) is responsible
for any damage, however, we will assist you in the
claims process.
If
any item arrives damaged, to
file a claim you must contact sales@saltwaterobsession.com within
7 days of receipt of the merchandise. The
damaged item, the original box (including the inner
box, if any) and all packing materials, must placed
in an area accessible to FedEx, who will pick the items
up at no charge to you. All
the packing material and damaged merchandise must be
made available for the shipping carrier’s inspection,
or the claim will be denied.
The
shipping carrier will investigate and return the damaged
merchandise to SaltwaterObsession. Most claims are
resolved within 7 days. You will receive credit via
your credit card. There are no discounts for damaged
orders, and the damaged product must be returned for
a refund to be given.
